Chris Hamblet is an up-and-coming commercial real estate professional based in Albany, NY, specializing in leasing, sales, and investment properties. While newer to the industry, Chris has quickly built a reputation for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike. He draws on the guidance of his experienced mentor, Todd Drowlette, who guides him by combining hands-on learning with a proactive approach to marketing and negotiation. Chris has begun his career as executive assistant/driver on top of being a salesperson to Todd as a way to allow him to learn.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys golfing, networking, and just exploring the Capital Region since he is originally from Long Island.
