With over $1 Billion in closed deals, Todd Drowlette has completed over 1,600 commercial sale and lease transactions. Todd prides himself on working with both multi-national companies and successful and aspiring entrepreneurs. Todd is also a real estate developer of multi-family projects. His newest development project is 250+ unit project in Plattsburgh, New York called The Cliffs of River Run. Todd spent five years volunteering in Albany Med's Children Hospital and currently serves on Siena College's Board of Advisors. He also guest lectures in the School of Business and works with the College's Stack Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
