Biography

Jessica joined Hanna Commercial Real Estate in 2007. Jessica has acted as a full-time commercial realtor for over 23 years and focuses her practice within the NY Capital District. In 2010 Jessica recognized a changing industry in need of traditional as well as digital excellence and created The Richer Team. Her team consists of experienced business professionals bringing diverse, yet complimentary, perspectives to provide a full-service customer experience. The Richer Team is the Top Commercial Team in the Company for the NY Capital District. Jessica represents buyers/sellers as well as landlords/tenants through the complexities of acquisition, leasing and development of land, warehousing, mixed-use, office and multifamily, while specializing in senior housing communities. Prior to joining Hanna Commercial Real Estate, Jessica began her real estate career as Director of Acquisitions for The United Group of Companies, a developer of senior housing in Troy, New York. Jessica is a past President of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB). She is a member of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), past Chairperson of the Commercial Issues Working Group and a member of The Legislative Policy Forum. Jessica was recently appointed to the Board of Governors of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and is on the Chapter Board as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Jessica resides in the Town of Bethlehem with her husband Alan and serves on the Board of Assessment Review since 2013. She is a graduate of Northeastern University and earned her master’s degree in Public Health from Yale University.
